d&rsquo;acceptation du conseil de bande (RABC) avant la date limite de 23 h 59 HNP, le 7 mars 2024, re\u00e7oivent un paiement de base de 500 000 $ une fois que la RABC a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e et approuv\u00e9e par l&rsquo;administrateur.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Les Premi\u00e8res nations touch\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement admissibles \u00e0 des paiements suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les dommages subis par les Premi\u00e8res nations. Ce montant est \u00e9gal \u00e0 50 % du total des dommages individuels vers\u00e9s aux demandeurs admissibles qui r\u00e9sidaient habituellement dans leur collectivit\u00e9.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Comment l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 est-elle d\u00e9termin\u00e9e ?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le montant que les Premi\u00e8res nations touch\u00e9es recevront pour les dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats aux Premi\u00e8res nations est bas\u00e9 sur le montant pay\u00e9 en dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats individuels aux r\u00e9sidents de cette Premi\u00e8re nation, pour la p\u00e9riode couverte par le paiement actuel des dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats aux Premi\u00e8res nations.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il n&rsquo;y a aucune restriction quant \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on dont les Premi\u00e8res nations peuvent utiliser le paiement de base de 500 000 $ ou les paiements de dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats aux Premi\u00e8res nations.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 aria-level=\"1\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Calendrier de l&rsquo;indemnisation<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le paiement des dommages aux Premi\u00e8res nations a commenc\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier 2024.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le paiement sera effectu\u00e9 par ch\u00e8que tous les six mois et sera accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une lettre expliquant comment le montant des dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats aux Premi\u00e8res nations a \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":16,"featured_media":0,"parent":9318,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"100-width.php","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"wf_page_folders":[],"class_list":["post-9431","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
