Mail service disruptions can occasionally affect the delivery of Claim-related letters and forms to affected communities.

If a disruption occurs, the Administrator will identify the impacted communities, continue processing Claims whenever possible, and provide updates on any changes that may affect the delivery of mail from the Administrator.

Please note that mail delivery delays do not affect the status of your Claim or your eligibility for compensation.
