Claims

The Administrator is processing claims submitted on or before the deadline of March 7, 2024, and making compensation payments to eligible claimants.

What happens now?

Wondering what happens after you submit a claim?

There are several steps in the Claims Process.

What if I don’t agree with how my claim was assessed?

If you don’t agree with the Administrator’s decision, you can appeal it.

Was your First Nation recently added to the Settlement?

You may still be able to apply for compensation..
